Most of the time plenty of IE users get a lot of unusual behavior when using the browser. Some of it are actually because of some Windows Update installed automatically to your computer.

One way to fix this kind of problem is to re-registering the IE dll files. Here's how:

1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the RUN open box, type cmd, and then click OK.
3. At the command prompt, type the following lines, and then press ENTER after each line:

regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

Click OK when you receive a dialog box saying that it succeeded.

4. Type exit.
5. Close IE and relaunch the program.
